Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day activities on the sales floor to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model. Assist across store departments, manage POS system duties, and support merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective selling and consumer engagement. Champion a positive team culture and follow policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
