Job Summary

Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and diagnosis of issues. Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis.
•Understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions.
•Analyze and resolve lithography-related process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors.
•Support customers with lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI).
•Prepare and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with HQ R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
•Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge.
•Strong presentation and communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
•Flexible mindset to support various tasks in a matrix organization (issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects, etc.).
•Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly to support customers across China. Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
