Quality Analyst

Review commercial loan documentation after closing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and collateral perfection standards. Identify and document missing or incorrect items, research and resolve exceptions using internal systems, and update systems of record. Monitor quality and timeliness against service level expectations, communicate exception status to business partners, and contribute to process improvements to reduce risk.
