Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute product design of power tools as part of a product development team.
  • •Develop and refine concepts, prototypes, and/or specifications to solve given challenges.
  • •Design subassemblies and complex parts using CATIA V5, including mechanical assembly for a product.

Key Requirements

  • •Two-year degree in engineering technology or applied science, or a CADD degree from trade school.
  • •5+ years designing subassemblies and complex parts using CATIA V5 or a similar 3D CAD system.
  • •Experience using 2D and 3D CATIA V5 or similar CAD tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of ASME Y14.5 2D drawing standards; knowledge of GD&T preferred.
