Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, delivery, amendments, credits/corrections, reconciliations, exception management, and customer-specific billing requirements.
  • •Design and operationalize billing and AR controls, approval requirements, audit evidence, change controls, and exception-management procedures.
  • •Establish and operationalize customer credit review and credit-check processes, including approval thresholds, documentation standards, credit limits, and escalation procedures.
  • •Drive monthly/quarterly close readiness and February 1, 2027 cutover billing-data readiness, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, controls, and operational readiness.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in the India Center of Excellence, and build AI-enabled/automated workflows to move recurring activities toward exception-based management with appropriate controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience across accounts receivable, billing, order-to-cash, and accounting operations in a complex B2B or SaaS environment.
  • •3+ years of direct people-management experience, with success building and developing distributed or global teams.
  • •Deep understanding of billing operations, month-end close, reconciliations, financial controls, audit requirements, and customer credit-risk processes.
  • •Experience designing and implementing scalable operational controls, process improvements, and governance frameworks.
  • •Strong systems and data capabilities with ERP/billing platforms and advanced Excel/Google Sheets, with SQL proficiency preferred.
