Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of major supervision projects from mobilisation through completion, ensuring safe, on-schedule delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary supervision teams and coordinate Resident Engineers, discipline leads, inspectors, and specialist teams.
  • •Develop and maintain execution plans, resource plans, and delivery strategies; monitor progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • •Own client relationship management as primary client contact, driving client satisfaction and repeat business through reviews and presentations.
  • •Manage commercial performance and governance, including budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, variation/change control, and compliance with project controls and risk registers.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of project management and construction supervision experience.
  • •Proven track record managing large-scale building projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams and major client relationships.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline; Master’s Degree desirable.
  • •PMP (or equivalent) preferred; PE, CEng, or equivalent professional accreditation advantageous.
