Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day AML/KYC operations for the customer onboarding flow, including running the review queue via Sumsub.
  • •Request and follow up on additional information for flagged customers and companies, applying onboarding policy consistently.
  • •Escalate higher-risk or ambiguous cases to the General Counsel and maintain company-wide AML and sanctions policies.
  • •Prepare for EU benchmark administrator regulatory readiness by building policies, procedures, audits, and controls as licensing efforts progress.
  • •Coordinate finance compliance activities such as record keeping, internal financial controls, audit support, and monitoring financial compliance implications.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in compliance operations with AML/KYC or a related regulatory function.
  • •Ability to manage a recurring operational workload independently.
  • •Strong communication with customers requesting documentation.
  • •Comfort growing into a broader Compliance Officer role as the regulatory footprint expands.
  • •Familiarity with crypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure is a plus (not required).
