•Own the full hiring process from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
•Navigate challenging compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and successfully close complex offers.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
•Build robust talent pipelines through direct headhunting and market research.
•Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout assessment and offer stages.

Key Requirements

•Proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience handling both high-volume and complex or senior searches.
•Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
•Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including direct sourcing, behavioral/motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
•Ability to think globally and understand international recruiting practices.
•Strong ownership and accountability executing recruitment strategies.
