Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support consultations and technical discussions with relevant ministries, the President’s Office, coordination structures, OPDs, civil society organizations, and development partners to prepare the 2027–2028 Action Plan.
  • •Provide technical inputs to measures, indicators, and responsibilities to strengthen alignment with the UN CRPD and a rights-based approach to disability inclusion.
  • •Conduct technical review of consolidated drafts of the Action Plan for 2027–2028 and support intersectoral coordination on disability-related measures.
  • •Support the Unit Lead in consultations and desk reviews for multiple flagship projects, including developing questionnaires and producing technical reports.
  • •Develop a concise cross-project policy brief synthesizing findings on barriers to health equity for persons with disabilities across policy and service areas.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 31,680 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •First university degree in social sciences, law, political science, humanities, development studies, disability studies, or related field.
  • •2 years of professional experience promoting a rights-based approach to disability inclusion and mainstreaming disability into policies and services.
  • •Ability to synthesize knowledge and effectively express ideas in writing, with strong analytical and writing skills.
  • •Ability to coordinate with external partners and provide effective support in multicultural, multidisciplinary settings.
  • •Fluent in Ukrainian; working knowledge of English. Effective use of Microsoft 365 and communication tools (Zoom, Signal).
