Business Solutions Coach

Deliver high-quality Business Solutions apprenticeship programmes up to Level 4, managing a cohort of apprentices from onboarding through End Point Assessment. Provide one-to-one coaching and engaging workshops, conduct progress reviews with learners and employers, mark assignments with constructive feedback, and develop learning content alongside the Head of Training. Ensure full compliance with DfE funding rules, Ofsted EIF requirements, and internal quality assurance while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
