Job Summary

Own EMC compliance for aerospace programs by translating customer RF/EMC requirements into compliance plans and technical specifications. Support EMC testing and resolve EMI/EMC issues while guiding EMC design best practices across the product lifecycle. Perform RCS analysis and high-fidelity electromagnetic simulations using CST Studio Suite and/or ANSYS HFSS, and support antenna integration, RAM evaluation, and signature management. Coordinate with systems and design teams to meet schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

•Define EMC requirements with Lead Systems Engineers and translate customer requirements into compliance plans and technical specifications.
•Provide EMC design guidance and best practices across the product lifecycle.
•Support EMC testing by interpreting compliance reports and resolving EMI/EMC issues.
•Perform RCS analysis and electromagnetic simulations/optimization for RCS, antenna performance, and EMC using CST and/or ANSYS HFSS.
•Own EMC compliance activities for assigned programs, including flight-test/product release support and safety assessments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field; Master’s in RF/EMC preferred.
•7-10+ years of experience in aerospace EMC, RF engineering, or electromagnetic analysis.
•Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
•Hands-on experience with CST Studio Suite and/or ANSYS HFSS.
•Familiarity with aerospace EMC standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, DEF-STAN 59-114, RTCA DO-160, EUROCAE) and strong understanding of antenna integration and EMI mitigation.
