Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct investigations of cases by mobilizing internal or external resources and experts, engaging senior management in the China Region
  • •Strengthen the risk management system through regular risk assessment, mitigation development, and monitoring of mitigation execution
  • •Set risk and compliance standards and implement controls by working with line organizations and group functions (Risk and Compliance Management, Internal Auditor, Internal Control, and local controller teams)
  • •Develop recommendations to change processes and systems to minimize risk and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and standards
  • •Monitor new compliance threats and developments at national and regional levels, and provide expertise, training plans, and compliance awareness programs

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree or equivalent competence through work-life experience in risk management, crisis management, and/or similar fields
  • •Several years of experience working with security management, information security management, crisis management, and/or similar areas
  • •Good communication skills in Chinese and English, verbal and written
  • •Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • •Relevant experience in risk management and forensic/investigation activities is desired
