Job Summary

Support the readiness and daily operations of Lucid vehicles prior to customer delivery. Coordinate vehicle movements, manage inventory readiness, and assist the Delivery team to ensure an efficient, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
•Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
•Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
•Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
•Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
•Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 28 hourly
