Job Summary

Support the Integrated Solutions Project Manager with planning and execution of multi-services/solutions projects. Help ensure on-time delivery, performance improvement, and incremental revenue growth through upsell and product/service pull-through. Assist with financial KPIs, service delivery, compliance, and HSE leadership across well sites/rigs, including schedule implementation, project execution plan updates, risk/communications planning, reviews, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project planning and execution for Integrated Solutions multi-services/solutions projects, including scheduling and execution support.
•Assist with on-time delivery, performance improvements, incremental revenue via upsell/pull-through, and alignment between product line strategies and project deliverables.
•Support customer deliverables through Integrated Solutions compliance adherence, financial KPIs, service delivery, and HSE performance.
•Create and improve project documentation and plans (e.g., Project Execution Plan components, risk/communications/sourcing/vendor management, quality plan, stakeholder matrix, data management, readiness, performance improvement, HSE plan and bridging documentation).
•Provide HSE leadership and support project reviews/audits, audits gap closure, investigations/peer reviews (including AARs), and act as client conduit when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management.
•Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership.
•8+ years of experience coordinating offshore or onshore operations.
•Experience coordinating programs and logistics.
•Knowledge of project management, as well as well construction operations, including HSE and service quality.
