Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the smooth running of the overall kitchen with support and direction from the management team.
  • •Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe kitchen environment and adhere to high food hygiene standards.
  • •Manage portion control, preparation, storage, and food due diligence to avoid food wastage.
  • •Support shop-floor tasks including stock replenishment and online customer order fulfilment.
  • •Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns, and assist with Click & Collect/on-demand orders as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of working as a cook in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • •Passion for food and serving a varied and nutritious menu.
  • •Customer focused ability to engage partners with the food on offer.
