Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards, including BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures aligned to industry standards and client requirements.
  • •Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. staff and enterprise-capability partners, hold teams accountable to scope, schedule, and Level of Development/Information, and run QA reviews and model health scoring.
  • •Step in hands-on to produce, correct, or complete model content directly across disciplines when deliverables are at risk; perform Revit production and resolve modeling issues.
  • •Coordinate project delivery by setting up/verifying shared coordinates and model coordination (including scheduled clash detection and issue triage) using tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, and Forma; maintain model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D.
  • •Build and execute an automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API scripts, support content and template development, provide reporting on BIM KPIs/compliance, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree + 8 years, or HS diploma + 10 years in BIM/digital delivery.
  • •2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •8+ years in BIM environments, including experience establishing and enforcing standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams, preferably in the U.S. market.
  • •Strong hands-on Revit skills to step in and produce or correct model content across disciplines.
  • •Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, plus experience coordinating and performing QA on offshore/enterprise-capabilities work.
