Develop and grow relationships with small business customers by delivering comprehensive financial solutions and demonstrating strong customer service. Prospect outside the branch, deepen existing accounts through routine calling, and identify new opportunities to meet revenue targets. Support account openings, product solutions, and ongoing account servicing and maintenance while collaborating with internal partners and referring customers to other U.S. Bancorp areas as needed.
