  • •Lead and develop the production department, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee manufacturing operations, capacity planning, technology integration, and compliance with corporate/regulatory standards.

  • •Own manufacturing quality and operator self-inspection, and fulfill quality and management system requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education (apprenticeship or secondary technical school).
  • •3+ years of experience in low-voltage systems production/manufacturing.
  • •Strong understanding of LVSA architecture and components, including system design and manufacturing constraints.
  • •Knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes.
  • •Familiarity with engineering tools such as EPLAN Electric P8 is an advantage.
