Deliver high-quality repairs and fault diagnosis for premium Miele domestic appliances in customers’ homes, and occasionally in the workshop. Provide exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and service excellence, manage allocated jobs for strong first-time-fix results, and complete accurate documentation, invoices, and payment processing. Maintain van stock and equipment, resolve customer concerns in the field, and stay current with product training and evolving technologies.
