Job Summary

Deliver second-line managed services across multiple technology domains by proactively monitoring queues, resolving incidents and requests within SLA, and updating tickets with thorough resolution details. Investigate, analyze, and log issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to extend support. Execute approved changes and maintenance with risk mitigation, support disaster recovery testing, drive automation opportunities through trend analysis, and provide assistance to L1 security engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests in a timely manner within agreed SLA.
•Investigate, analyze, and log issues/errors; capture relevant information for immediate resolution and identify root causes.
•Provide second-line support for medium-complexity incidents/requests across multiple technology domains; communicate with clients and other teams to extend support.
•Execute and document changes and maintenance activities with appropriate risk identification, approvals, and change record updates.
•Work with automation teams to optimize routine tasks; produce trend analysis reports to reduce tickets and support disaster recovery implementation/testing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification/work experience) in IT/Computing.
•Moderate-level managed services experience handling cross-technology infrastructure.
•Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Moderate working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Moderate experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
