Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain strong floor presence to drive sales and support customer service excellence.
  • •Build customer relationships, cross/upsell, and provide excellent product awareness.
  • •Keep the shop clean and tidy and maintain visual merchandising standards according to guidelines.
  • •Assist with processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in the receipt of stocks.
  • •Recognize security risks/thefts, handle situations professionally, and follow payment/exchange, security, and loss prevention procedures; complete required trainings and address customer complaints while escalating when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.

  • •Knowledge of products, promotions, advertisements, and new releases to support customer awareness and selling.
