Job Summary

Own and evolve the end-to-end user communication ecosystem across push, in-app, and email. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan consistent lifecycle content, analyze network KPIs and user journeys (ER, IR, LTV), and run experimentation (hypotheses, A/B tests) to improve campaign effectiveness. Deliver region-specific performance reporting, test new mechanics and content, and uncover insights and growth opportunities from the user database.

•Configure and manage user communications across push, in-app, and email.
•Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Creative Lab to develop and maintain a consistent content plan.
•Analyze key network KPIs (ER, IR, LTV) and user lifecycle.
•Conduct regular data analytics, including hypotheses and A/B tests, to improve campaign effectiveness.
•Report on region-specific metrics and communication performance, including testing new mechanics and content and identifying insights from the user database.

Key Requirements

•Experience in CRM, email, and targeted marketing.
•Experience working with large user databases.
•Proficiency generating reports and visualizing data using Tableau, Looker, and Google Sheets.
•Experience constructing and analyzing product funnels.
•Ability to design sequences of triggered communications and work with user engagement platforms; Portuguese fluency or working proficiency.
