Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the Labor Risk Prevention service for Remote Spain by developing, implementing, and maintaining occupational risk protection activities.
  • •Collaborate with People, Legal, external legal counsels, and other experts to draft and implement Occupational Health and Safety policies globally.
  • •Advise and sometimes deliver Labor Risk Prevention services for countries outside Spain, including supporting Occupational Health and Safety events worldwide.
  • •Scout, onboard, and manage vendors and partners, including negotiating quotations, assessing vendors, and monitoring performance day-to-day.
  • •Lead country Occupational Health and Safety audits, manage budgets, maintain documentation/SOPs, and independently analyze and investigate OHS incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales qualification covering Occupational Safety and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology (Industrial Hygiene is a plus).
  • •Experience implementing and managing health and safety programs.
  • •Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors and partners to deliver HR services.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to map processes.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages as a plus.
