Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, prototype, and implement end-to-end features in Ashby’s platform, focusing on usability and scalability
  • •Contribute to and evolve the in-house design system and common components
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve information architecture and user workflows
  • •Improve mobile web experiences by translating user needs into design-system-driven implementations
  • •Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality software

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to design and build software end-to-end, from ideation to implementation
