Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter accurate vehicle information into AS400 using a Portable Terminal (PT) or via headset for each vehicle received at the auction.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers, place work order numbers and routing labels, and flag “no key” cars.
  • •Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and provide correct sale identification windshield codes through registration/check-in.
  • •Demonstrate safety commitment by following safety and health procedures and supporting safety activities; assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction sales lanes as assigned.

Key Requirements
