Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead performance-based Quality Assurance audits and assessments of ENEC and Nawah programs, suppliers, contractors, and long-term agreements to identify shortcomings and noncompliance.
  • •Develop audit documentation (checklists, audit plans, agendas), review required records, and confirm documentation compliance with procedures and standards.
  • •Review, finalize, and present audit reports to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure effective communication.
  • •Lead analysis of audit findings/issues/nonconformance and oversee timely corrective and preventative actions to ensure regulatory and code/standard compliance.
  • •Provide QA subject matter expertise by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations, codes, and standards and guiding implementation of the Quality Assurance Program.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • •8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in quality-related activities with satisfactory performance.
  • •Eligibility to be qualified as a Lead Auditor per QA-PRC-0004 (Qualification of Audit Personnel).
  • •Experience in quality management system design, development, and implementation.
  • •Experience leading nuclear audits as Audit Team Leader or Lead Auditor, including industrial and nuclear QA auditing experience as described in the posting.
