Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead market growth in news and politics by recruiting and advising top creators and industry leaders.
  • •Develop and scale strategic programs to activate creators, bring new users, and support existing creators.
  • •Create and scale best practices for social media strategy, audience development, and digital content.
  • •Partner with internal teams to identify promising political creator segments and continuously refine the Substack creator experience.
  • •Support outreach strategies and events, and serve as a cross-functional Partnerships leader to build and execute market programs.
