Key Responsibilities

•Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends and techniques to provide relevant guidance that keeps clients coming back.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment and following company policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.2 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience demonstrating excellent service and the ability to build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with a focus on empowering clients’ confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
