Job Summary

Partner with regional offices to position and close service-oriented solutions for underserved customers. Work closely with Sales Management and Account Managers to expand offerings in new and existing accounts, translating customer needs into tailored service strategies through Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work. Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with Solutions Architects on technical requirements, and participate in discovery and ongoing business reviews to align value with client outcomes.

•Drive service-oriented strategy meetings across customer accounts with sales managers.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on service offerings, capabilities, and processes.
•Participate in client discovery to identify service optimization or expansion opportunities.
•Incorporate customer requirements into actionable solutions via Master Service Agreements and/or Statements of Work, coordinating with Solutions Architects on technical requirements.
•Build relationships with customer stakeholders, remain present for annual or quarterly business reviews, and advise Sales on positioning service value aligned to client business outcomes.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 101,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of progressive consulting experience.
•Strong teamwork skills to operate in a team-selling environment with new and existing customers.
•Excellent presentation and strong written skills for leadership and executive stakeholders, including comfort constructing documents and presentations.
•Proven ability to contribute to new business development, including account plans, lead generation, and proposal responses, with effective negotiation and closing.
