Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement robust security controls across AWS environments, including IAM, SCPs, VPC security, S3 bucket policies, and key management.
•Use Terraform to deploy and manage security configurations so “Security as Code” is integrated into cloud deployments.
•Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated security testing and scanning of AWS resources.
•Continuously monitor and improve cloud security posture using GuardDuty, Security Hub, AWS WAF, and CloudTrail.
•Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments; lead incident response and analysis, and maintain FedRAMP and DoD IL-4/5 compliance policies and procedures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity (or military service equivalent).
•Minimum 5 years securing AWS environments and 5+ years of general cybersecurity experience.
•Hands-on security experience with AWS and cloud security architecture, including IAM and related controls.
•AWS Certified Security – Specialty preferred; CISSP or relevant security certifications preferred.
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check; U.S. Government Security Clearance is a plus.
