Maintenance Supervisor

Lead plant maintenance operations to keep equipment and systems running at peak capability and support production schedules, quality, and cost priorities. Direct maintenance personnel, oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, and develop site-specific maintenance logs and procedures. Drive reliability improvements, downtime analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, Six Sigma/Lean, and KHMS/QRMP standards, while also supporting safety training and supervising maintenance staff.
