Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct maintenance personnel to ensure equipment and systems operate at highest capability to meet production schedules, quality, and cost priorities.
  • •Develop preventative maintenance procedures and oversee corrective/preventive maintenance in line with company procedures and financial considerations.
  • •Train maintenance personnel and ensure maintenance logs are effectively utilized, including routine maintenance for facility and equipment.
  • •Oversee implementation of QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) and operational standards to achieve targeted RCR.
  • •Supervise maintenance staff, conduct safety meetings/training, and coordinate with Maintenance Manager, other supervisors, team members, HR, and outside contractors/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •1-5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Must be familiar with maintenance management system operations.
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) systems.
  • •Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems (including ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is a plus).
  • •Experience using, troubleshooting, and programming Allen Bradley PLCs is a plus.
