Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate classrooms, laboratories, and office spaces and recommend additions, removals, or reconfigurations.
  • •Lead relocations from leased facilities to on-campus spaces and coordinate move activities.
  • •Oversee redesigns and renovations to support evolving programmatic needs.
  • •Manage move-in processes including furniture, technology, and signage coordination.
  • •Manage project budgets, schedules, and implementation while coordinating internal teams, end users, consultants, and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant construction experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Previous experience leading higher education construction projects.

  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •US Citizenship is required.
