Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Contracting Entity’s representative and manage the project from planning/design through completion and commissioning.
  • •Oversee delivery against schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract and risk; liaise with relevant teams and functions.
  • •Develop and align the Project Execution Plan to standards and methods; coordinate project interfaces across the lifecycle.
  • •Lead coordination with design consultants and external service providers, organize design review meetings, and communicate design acceptance and changes.
  • •Maintain project governance tools (RACI task tracker, risk register), run change control, manage compensation events, and report monthly progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction / Infrastructure sector, including relevant aviation and/or similar projects.
  • •Understanding of operating in a live airport site.
  • •Experience operating on site, not just office-based.
  • •Tangible experience documenting best-practice construction project management policies and standards.
  • •Track record delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within allocated budget.
