Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with at least three years’ manufacturing, quality, and process optimization experience.
  • •Strong understanding of statistical process control, statistics, and customer-focused process improvement.
  • •Leadership skills to drive projects and process teams to completion.
  • •Hands-on commitment with innovative, data-driven problem solving and strong customer and quality focus.
  • •Practical experience creating SOPs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams, including knowledge of automated control systems and P&IDs.
