Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
  • •Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across all paint shop assets and manage shift handovers and on-call response.
  • •Serve as first escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure fast, structured recovery with robust RCA and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, robots, ovens, conveyors, utilities, and safety systems; verify system stability and process readiness before handover to production.
  • •Support commissioning, upgrades, and modifications, and ensure strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, hazardous-area requirements, and OEM/EHS standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • •5-6 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or paint shop environments.
  • •Hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, and automation maintenance.
  • •Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and paint shop equipment (conveyors, ovens, pumps, fans, booths, utilities).
