•Ensure successful delivery by overseeing contract compliance, managing replacements when needed, and maintaining communication.
•Maintain records and provide regular reporting on candidates, placements, and resourcing activities.

Key Requirements

•Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent/relevant field.
•Experience managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials environment or related industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building ability.
•Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving/decision-making skills.
•Professional English proficiency (speak, understand, read, and write).
