Key Responsibilities

  • •Own configuration management decisions in the production system at Quonset and impacts across multiple sites.
  • •Champion DFM/DFX/DFA of existing production designs into the development pipeline.
  • •Lead knowledge transfer by designing and continuously improving a standardized framework (checklists, templates, communication plans, stage-gate reviews).
  • •Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure engineering, supply chain, quality, and production deliverables are completed on time.
  • •Manage engineering change workflows (ECR/ECO) affecting manufacturing of transferred technology and track risks, issues, and actions with mitigation/escalation.

Salary: USD 111,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or product integration environment, including at least 3 years directly involved in New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading the transfer of a product or process from one manufacturing site to another.
  • •Deep technical credibility with modern manufacturing processes and quality systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, AS9100).
  • •Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
