Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and create new product definitions, including business case proposals, product strategies, and taking products to RTM.
  • •Analyze end-equipment in automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing spaces to identify trends and performance/value opportunities.
  • •Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers, and act as technical expert for customer product ramp-up.
  • •Evaluate silicon systems (HW and SW if needed), produce related documentation, and provide application support for new and existing products.
  • •Troubleshoot customer application issues using lab testing and schematic analysis; create technical literature (datasheets, application notes, user's guides, EVMs, models) and interface across functional teams to resolve problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, or a comparable degree.
  • •3 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their application.
  • •Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins with system solutions.
  • •Familiarity with lab equipment and system-level circuit modeling with EDA tools, SPICE, and Matlab.
