Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary owner and ambassador of the London Customer Experience Centre, delivering a premium white-glove visitor experience for customer executives and senior stakeholders.
  • •Welcome and host customers, partners, and visitors; act as the first point of contact upon arrival.
  • •Ensure meeting spaces, presentation rooms, demonstrations, hospitality services, and facilities are prepared to the highest standard.
  • •Support internal account teams by creating customised briefing agendas and producing professional customer-facing briefing documents and materials.
  • •Manage scheduling, coordination, communication, booking/planning processes, track feedback and engagement outcomes, and support centre evolution as demand grows.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in customer experience, executive briefing programmes, hospitality management, customer marketing, executive engagement, events, or a related function.
  • •Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • •High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, including strong written communication for customer-facing materials and presentations.
  • •Self-starter comfortable building processes and improving ways of working with high autonomy.
