Key Responsibilities

•Own global technology enablement strategy, roadmap, governance, and full delivery, including prioritization, investment recommendations, adoption, and value realization.
•Translate business needs into process maps, solution blueprints, business/data requirements, rules, acceptance criteria, and success measures; drive programs through UAT, deployment, cutover, training, organizational change, and hyper care.
•Champion SAP TMS and EWM integrations for transportation planning, routing, carrier selection, bookings, load consolidation, capacity management, warehouse execution, and linkage with GTS, IBP, and Finance.
•Advance freight rating, rate management, cost allocation, accrual, settlement, dispute resolution, and define business rules/financial controls for accurate, scalable execution.
•Direct integration management across APIs, EDI, external partners, contract manufacturers, and event-message connections; standardize master/event data definitions and resolve dependencies and gaps across platforms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 276,000 annually

•Bachelors in engineering, operations, or supply chain (or equivalent experience).
•12+ years leading global logistics and fulfillment technology, systems integration, and supply chain transformation programs.
•Highly independent leader with strong ownership and judgment; able to influence, govern, and lead multiple complex programs across global teams.
•Deep expertise across global transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, international/courier shipping, freight settlement, master data, exception management, and SAP ECC and S/4HANA end-to-end.
•Proven success transforming manual supply chain processes into scalable digital solutions while aligning cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
