Key Responsibilities

  • •Write CRM copy across push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and email to improve open/click-through and drive CTR.
  • •Shape the funnel by crafting service descriptions and funnel content from interest to booking.
  • •Create briefs for designers and partner to take ads and offline materials (banners, flyers) from concept to execution.
  • •Define and enforce the Justlife brand voice so every piece sounds consistent, on-tone, and clean on the first pass.
  • •Bring new ideas and formats to lift engagement while using CTR/engagement data to sharpen future copy.

  • •A portfolio showing copy that worked—e.g., improved open rates, CTR, conversions, or shaped a brand.
  • •Exceptional written English with clear, persuasive, grammatically flawless copy across email, social, and web.
  • •Proven multi-channel copywriting across formats such as CRM, web, social, and ads.
  • •Ability to write fast while maintaining strong first-pass accuracy and high quality judgment.
  • •Basic HTML/CSS for email templates and web updates, plus an understanding of SEO and SEM.
