Key Responsibilities

•Oversee maintenance on all machinery during the shift, ensuring timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
•Troubleshoot plant maintenance issues as requested, and answer alarms on machines to remove stuck runners or parts.
•Enter work order requests into an automated tracking system and maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
•Ensure adequate repair parts are stocked and use an MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory.
•Troubleshoot molding process-making adjustments and machines/auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts while supporting housekeeping and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with computers, including a work order tracking system and an MRO system; ability to use automated scanning equipment.
•Forklift certification and safe operation consistent with OSHA standards.
