Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with plant leaders and functional managers to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • •Implement and monitor KPIs and performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • •Support organization design, succession planning, and workforce planning activities such as headcount planning and talent forecasting.
  • •Build relationships with employees and managers to support employee engagement, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • •Provide day-to-day HR advisory support, ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, and coordinate foreign worker administration and permit-related processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial/plant environment.
  • •Experience supporting organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws, industrial relations practices, and statutory requirements.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
