Job Summary

Support NIH-CIT network operations by ensuring optimal availability and quality across network routing and switching, IP security, and wide area network services. •When directed, perform shift lead duties as a queue manager to ensure escalated issues are assigned and resolved to meet SLAs.
•Support proactive network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation, and suggest continuous improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,962 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant Network Services experience.
•CCNA/CCNP is desired.
•Experience with security is desired.
•Clearance required: must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
