  • •Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct initial vehicle inspections for imperfections and needed repairs.
  • •Contribute to vehicle reconditioning to prepare low-mileage, late-model cars for customers.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers as part of the role.
  • •Participate in mandatory overtime when needed based on business demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
