Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals by building client relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell, and using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
