•Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure maximum revenues through strategic account penetration.
•Generate budgeted sales, manage mix and pricing, and achieve margin goals and market share growth in the assigned territory.
•Develop and execute account-specific business plans to identify mutual long-term support requirements.
•Identify customer problems/needs and create action plans to address them; ascertain market opportunities and sales data.
•Attend sales meetings, report sales activity and new account development, and travel daily across the territory with some overnight travel.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of demonstrated experience in business development in lieu of degree or Associate’s Degree (AA).

•Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
