Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute hands-on to build and enhance components for portfolio analytics (e.g., risk metrics, optimization inputs, predictive signals) in C# and Python.
  • •Support delivery of investment decision support tool enhancements, including implementing changes, integrations, and improving performance and reliability.
  • •Perform data wrangling, cleaning, preparation, and validation for high-quality datasets used by downstream models and reporting, including ESG/Responsible Investment datasets where applicable.
  • •Apply AI/ML and model risk controls (monitoring, documentation, reproducibility checks) to enable safe and effective analytics usage.
  • •Lead a sub-team of financial engineering and rapid development, translating priorities into delivered capabilities and ensuring high-quality execution across data pipelines, models, and analytics tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on quantitative engineering experience building portfolio analytics components using C# and Python.
  • •Knowledge of statistics and numerical analysis (e.g., regression and optimization) and experience with machine learning.
  • •Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, preparation, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets for downstream models and reporting.
  • •Ability to apply AI/ML and model risk controls (e.g., monitoring, documentation, reproducibility checks) to support safe analytics use.
