Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and partner with Category Managers/Directors to implement category strategies across medium/high spend, complexity, and strategic importance to optimize efficiency and value.
  • •Specialize in category dynamics and global supply markets, maintaining expertise to develop and execute category strategy.
  • •Build relationships with internal customers and suppliers; collaborate with business leaders and executives to align sourcing strategies and execution with business and MoE/ecosystem goals.
  • •Lead cross-functional sourcing work, including category specifications, RFIs, RFPs, contracts, supplier selection, and commercial negotiation, while managing supplier risk and timelines.
  • •Perform market data analysis for negotiations and supplier selection, compile supplier and volume forecast/commodity profile details, and manage project pipeline delivery to agreed expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • •6 to 10 years of relevant sourcing experience (and related functions) in regulated organizations known for operational strength, customer service, and risk excellence.
  • •Knowledge of the market, suppliers, and cost drivers, including demonstrated experience managing matrixed supplier relationships.
  • •Direct management experience leading a sourcing/procurement team function with strategic development responsibilities in financial services and/or a heavily regulated industry.
  • •Proven analytical, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder communication skills, with strong project/time management capabilities.
