Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize project schedules by working within an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to meet budget and time constraints.
  • •Develop and maintain project milestone and progress tracking baselines and ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology and contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and contingency management for specific work packages, and keep schedule updates, analysis, and reports current.
  • •Analyze schedule data for trends/issues and coordinate internally and externally on the project schedule, with potential SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field; graduate degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant civil infrastructure construction scheduling experience supporting major programs.
  • •Aviation construction experience is preferred.
  • •Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination.
  • •Practical experience with Primavera Project Planner 6.0+ and Microsoft Project, plus strong presentation, communication, organization, and writing skills.
